Doug Sisson's first managerial job was guiding the 1993 Erie Sailors. Doug has spent several
years in professional baseball, managing or coaching in the minor league organizations of Texas, Montreal, St. Paul, and Anaheim.
Sisson also spent 3 seasons as an Assistant Coach with the University of Georgia.
In 2008, Doug Sisson was named Minor League Field Coordinator for the Kansas City Royals.
