Rich Hacker was the Erie manager for the 1984 season. After Erie, Hacker continued as a St. Louis Cardinals coach
from 1986-90, with Toronto from 1991-94, and San Diego from 1996-2000.
During his stint with the Cards, Hacker served as first-base coach in the 1987 World Series. While with Toronto
Hacker was third-base coach during the 1992 World Series.
Since he retired in 2001, Rich and his wife have lived in Belleville, Illinois.
