Oneri Fleita was the starting 2B for the '88 Erie Orioles, who posted 5 HR and 16 RBI in 32 games. Fleita
spent seven seasons in the Orioles farm system as a player, coach, and manager. He then spent six years with the Cubs
system as a manager, scout, and coordinator of Latin American operations.
Oneri is currently Head of Player Development for the Cubs, with 2007 being his
7th year in that position.
