Luis Alicea appeared in 47 games for the '86 Cards, with 46 hits, a .282 batting average and 27 stolen bases to his credit.

 

Alicea played in 13 MLB seasons with St. Louis, Boston, Anaheim, Texas, and Kansas City, accumulating 1,031 hits for a career .260 average.  His best season came in 2000 with Texas, when he batted .294.

 

Luis is currently the first base coach for the Boston Red Sox.
