Frank Turco played mainly 2B for the 1990 Sailors, collecting 3 HR and 18 hits in 29 games for Erie.
Turco played 6 seasons in the minors, having his best season in 1993 with AA-Tulsa when he batted
.267 with 8 HR and 39 RBI. A lifetime .241 hitter, Turco rang up 65 doubles, 15 triples, 23 HR and 146 RBI for his minor
league career.
Frank is currently a math teacher at Estero High School in Estero, FL., as well as the Head Coach
of Estero's baseball team.
